How to add negotiated prices with customers

As a distributor, you can seamlessly manage negotiated prices with your customers directly from the Choco mobile app. This feature simplifies the process for Sales Reps by eliminating the need for manual price adjustments and ensures that customers always see the agreed-upon prices in the Choco app.

Applying Negotiated Prices from the Choco App

  1. Log in to your account in the Choco mobile app and go to the Chats tab, available in the bottom menu.

  2. Select the chat with the customer you want to apply a negotiated price for.

  3. Start the order by clicking on the Start Order button.

  4. Click on Favourites.

  5. Select the item where you would like to add a negotiated price.

  6. Once you have an overview of the item, click the edit symbol next to the price

  7. View and confirm the order by clicking on the View order button. You can also leave any additional comments or instructions for the order.

  8. Enter the new price in the field and press Update Price.

This feature requires the Choco App v3.103.0+. In case you'd like to use the feature and you cannot find it available in your app, reach out to Support.
