How to confirm orders

This article explains the different ways you as a supplier can confirm orders received on Choco.

How to confirm orders on Choco Web

On Choco Web you can confirm orders both from the Chats and Orders tabs.

Confirm Orders from the Chats tab

  1. Log into your Choco Web and navigate to the Chats tab in the left side menu.

2. Select the restaurant you want to confirm an order for.

3. Look for the right order in the chat and click on Confirm. Alternatively, you can also click on View Details first and confirm from the order details page.

  1. Log into your Choco Web, navigate to the Orders tab in the left side menu and go to the Accepted tab.

2. Here you'll see the list of orders across all of your customers. In the Order status column you'll see which orders haven't been confirmed yet and confirm them directly by clicking on the Confirm button

3. In case you're looking for a specific order, you can use the search and filter options above.

Confirm multiple orders at the same time

From the Orders tab you can also confirm multiple orders at the same time.

  1. Select all the orders that you want to confirm by clicking on the checkbox next to the customer name. In the example below, we've selected all the orders than haven't been confirmed yet.

2. Now click on the Confirm button on the top right corner. All selected orders will be confirmed.


How to confirm orders on the Choco App

In the Choco App you can confirm orders both from the Chats and Orders tabs.

  1. Log into your Choco App with your phone, and go to the Chats tab.

2. Click on the chat with the customer that you want to confirm an order for.

3. Look for the order you want to confirm in the chat and click on Confirm.

2. Look for the order you want to confirm in the chat and click on Confirm.

What happens after confirming an order

After sending an order confirmation, the order status changes into Confirmed for you and your customers. A confirmation message is also sent automatically to notify your customers.

If you do not confirm your order, the status will change once your customer marks it as Delivered through the delivery-check feature in the Choco app.
