From your Choco web you can edit the quantities, and add or remove products from any order received. There's no option currently to perform order edits from the mobile app.
💡Note: You can edit an order until your customer performs a delivery check on their app.
Edit orders from the Orders tab
Open your Choco Webtool on your browser, and inside the Orders tab, go to Accepted tab.
2. Click on the corresponding order to open the order details page.
3. From the order details page, you'll be able to:
Edit the quantities for each product, by clicking directly on the number
Remove products completely from the order, by clicking on the bin icon next to each product
Add new products to the order, by click on Add Product at the end of the list of products
4. Click on the blue Confirm button, to confirm the order once the adjustments have been made. Your customer will then receive an order confirmation.
💡Note: You can inform your customer about the changes by sending them a message on the chat
5. You can perform further edits to an order until your customer performs a delivery check on their app. Once you edit a confirmed order, click on the blue Update button.
From orders list, you'll be able to see which ones have been edited and hoovering over the edit icon you'll see a summary of the edits made.

Open your Choco Webtool on your browser, and inside the Chats tab, go to the chat with the customer corresponding to the order that needs to be edited.
2. Look for the order that needs to be edited to open the order details page. There you'll be able to:
Edit the quantities for each product, by clicking directly on the number
Remove products completely from the order, by clicking on the bin icon next to each product
Add new products to the order, by click on Add Product at the end of the list of products
