Labels are a great way to categorize your customers in different groups or segments. These can be locations, categories, assortments or any other way you'd like to group your customers.
Choco allows you to flexibly create and assign labels to your customers. They can be then used for different purposes: for example, to filter your list of customers or to create an audience for your marketing campaign.
How to add or create labels
1. Open the Choco Webtool in your browser and go to the 'Clients' tab.
2. Once in the 'Clients' tab, the second column (next to the customer name), you'll find the 'Labels' column.
3. Click on the Labels column for the client you want to add or edit a label. You'll be able to select all the existing labels or create a new one by typing it directly on the cell.
That's it, now your customers will have their new labels assigned.
How to assign labels to multiple customers
You can easily assign one label to multiple customers at the same time. Here's how:
1. Open the Choco Webtool in your browser and go to the 'Clients' tab.
2. Once in the 'Clients' tab, select all the clients you want to add one same label by clicking on the checkbox in the left side of the table.
3. Click on the button in the top right side of the table called 'Bulk edit labels' and select the label you want to add to these customers.
