How to log in to Choco App
Follow these steps to easily log in to and out of your Choco account, whether you’re using the app or the web version.
Make sure you have downloaded the app and created an account. You can download Choco from App Store or Google Play Store.
If you already have an account with Choco, you can log in to the mobile app and web version using your login credentials.
You can log in to the mobile app using your login credentials, your email or phone numbers.
Open the Mobile App
Click on Get Started
Enter Your Details:
Choose your country code and enter your cell phone number
Enter the code you receive via text message or email
Note: When asked to sync contacts, you can choose whether or not to sync them.
How to add my supplier
Click on Add supplier button
Enter your distributor's name in the search bar.
Select the Distributor and tap on the distributor's card where you can review the distributors profile
Select the Add supplier button.
Confirm Existing Relationship:
Choco only connects businesses with existing distributors relationships.
If you are an existing customer, tap “I am an existing customer” to add the distributor.
How to place an order
Select the conversation with your distributor
Tap Start Order
If you don't have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog, bottom left of your screen
Search for the product and click on the star icon ⭐️ on the right side to add it to your Order Guide
You can also order directly from your distributor catalog by clicking on the cart icon 🛒
Click on the + icon to add the product to your cart
Select your desired delivery date
Click on Your Cart to check out
Click on Add Delivery Date and choose the day in the calendar
Click on the blue button Checkout
Click on Order Now
