You can download Choco from App Store or Google Play Store.
If you already have an account with Choco, you can log in to the mobile app and web version using your login credentials.
How to create a business account on Choco App
Open the Mobile App
Click on Get Started
Enter the phone number with country code or email address you would like to use to login and click Continue:
If you entered a phone number, enter the code sent via SMS
If you entered an email address, enter the code sent to your email inbox
Fill out the fields in Finish Sign Up and select Agree and Continue
In Let's Get Started, select Restaurant, Cafe, Bar or Similar
Click on Create a Business and enter your details
Should you want to do this on your web browser, follow the same steps on https://web.choco.com/login
✨ Note: When asked to sync contacts, you can choose whether or not to sync them.
How to add my supplier
Go to Chats
Click on Add supplier
Enter your distributor's name in the search bar.
Select the Distributor and tap on the distributor's card where you can review the distributors profile
Select the Add supplier button.
Confirm Existing Relationship:
Choco only connects businesses with existing distributors relationships.
If you are an existing customer, tap “I am an existing customer” to add the distributor.
⚠️ If you cannot find your supplier, click on "Contact Support"
How to place an order
Select the Chat with your distributor
Tap Start Order
If you don't have products in your Order Guide, click on the three dots in the top right corner of your screen
Click on Edit favourites list
Search for the product and select them
Click on the Move sign next to the bin and select the category you would like to add it to
Click on the + icon to add the products to your cart
Click on Basket
Select your desired delivery date and add an optional note
Click on the blue Checkout button
Review your Order Summary
Click on Order Now
