How to place an order for a customer

This step-by-step guide will show you how place orders on behalf of your restaurants from your account.

Place an order from the Choco App

  1. Log in to your account in the Choco mobile App and go the Chats tab, available in the bottom menu

  2. Select the chat with the customer you want to place the order for

  3. Click on Start Order

  4. Add the quantities for each of the products to be ordered and click on the cart icon

  5. Select the delivery date of the order and leave an optional comment, which will be attach to the order

  6. Click on Checkout and Review the order

  7. When you are ready, press Order Now and the order will be place, you can review it in the Customer Chat

Reorder from Choco App

  1. Go to the Customer Chat.

  2. Select one of the past orders and click on View details.

  3. Click the Order Again button.

    • If you already have products in your cart, you’ll be asked whether you want to replace the cart entirely or combine the orders. Choose the option that suits your needs.

  4. Then, follow the usual steps to complete the order.

Place an order from the Choco Web

  1. Log in to your account in the Choco Web and go the Chats tab, available in the left side menu

  2. Select the chat with the customer you want to place the order for

  3. Click on Start Order

  4. Add the quantities for each of the products to be ordered and click on Your Cart in the top right corner once completed

  5. Select the delivery date of the order and click on Go To Checkout

  6. Review your order, leave an optional note and click Submit Order
