Place an order from the Choco App
Log in to your account in the Choco mobile App and go the Chats tab, available in the bottom menu
Select the chat with the customer you want to place the order for
Click on Start Order
Add the quantities for each of the products to be ordered and click on View order once completed
Select the delivery date of the order and leave an optional comment, which will be attach to the order
Click on Tap to Order and the order will be created. Your customer will receive a notification on their Choco App.
Reorder from Choco App
Go to the Customer Chat.
Select one of the past orders and click on View details.
Click the Reorder button.
If you already have products in your cart, you’ll be asked whether you want to replace the cart entirely or combine the orders. Choose the option that suits your needs.
Then, follow the usual steps to complete the order.
Place an order from the Choco Web
Log in to your account in the Choco Web and go the Chats tab, available in the left side menu
Select the chat with the customer you want to place the order for
Click on Start Order
Add the quantities for each of the products to be ordered and click on View order once completed
Select the delivery date of the order and leave an optional comment, which will be attach to the order
Click on Submit Order and the order will be created. Your customer will receive a notification on their Choco App.
