In this article, you can find the steps to log in to view a supplier’s catalog.
Before trying to view a supplier’s catalog, make sure you have added a supplier and uploaded your order guide.
How to view a supplier’s catalog in the Choco app
Here’s how it works:
Open the mobile app
If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing
Select Suppliers in the bottom tab
Select the supplier
Click on the blue Start order ribbon at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Add product to browse your supplier’s catalog
Use the search bar to find products
Select and unselect products to add to or remove from your order guide
You can find product units under each product’s name
When available, you can find prices under each product’s name
Select See full details to display further information including product description, lead time and product ID
How to view a supplier’s catalog on Choco web
Here’s how it works:
Open your browser and go to choco.com
Select Log in on the top right of the website banner
Select Suppliers on the left tab
If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing in the top left
Select the supplier
Select Edit order guide
Select Add product on the top right
Use the search bar to find products
Select and unselect products to add to or remove from to your order guide
You can find product IDs and units next to each product’s name
