Before being able to manage order guides, make sure you have added a supplier.

Make sure your supplier’s catalog is uploaded and up-to-date.

How to add and remove products to your order guide from a supplier catalog in the Choco app

You can easily add and remove products to your order guides by browsing your supplier’s catalog.

Note: removing products from your order guide doesn’t mean that your supplier’s catalog will be updated. You’ll still be able to find them there unless you or your supplier decides to update their catalog.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the mobile app

    • If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing

  2. Select Suppliers in the bottom tab

  3. Select the supplier

  4. Select the shopping cart option on the bottom right

  5. Select the Add product to browse your supplier’s catalog

  6. Select and unselect the products you want to add or remove from your order guide by clicking on the plus and check options to the right of each product

    • Use the search bar to find products

    • Product units are displayed on the right under each product’s name

  7. Select save changes at the bottom to confirm your choices

How to remove a product directly from your order guide

You can also remove products from the edit product page, without browsing the supplier’s catalog:

  1. Scroll through your order guide and select the product

  2. Select the Trash option on the bottom right and confirm your choice

How to remove multiple products at the same time directly from your order guide

You can also remove products directly from your order guide, without browsing the supplier’s catalog:

  1. Select Edit on the top right of your order guide

  2. Select the products

  3. Select the Trash option on the top left and confirm your choice

How to add custom products to your order guide in the Choco app

You can also add custom products to your order guides when you know your supplier is offering that item.

Note: adding custom products is only possible if your supplier has enabled this option.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the mobile app

    • If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing

  2. Select Suppliers in the bottom tab

  3. Select the supplier

  4. Select the shopping cart option on the bottom right

  5. Select the add product option to browse your supplier’s catalog

    • When you don’t have a supplier’s catalog, you can directly add a custom product

  6. Select the add custom product option under the search bar

  7. Type the product information

    • Product name and unit are mandatory

    • Product ID is recommended to avoid mistakes

  8. Select done on the top right

Custom products can be edited and removed anytime by selecting them through your order guides.

You can also add and remove products to your order guides through Choco web.

Note: adding custom products is only possible if your supplier has enabled this option.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open your browser and go to choco.com

  2. Select Log in on the top right of the website banner

  3. Select Suppliers in the top left tab

    • If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing

  4. Select the supplier

  5. Select the Add product option on the top right

  6. Select and unselect the products you want to add or remove from your order guide

    • Use the search bar to find products

  7. Select save on the bottom right

How to remove a single product from your order guide

You can also remove a single product from the order guide without displaying the catalog:

  1. Select the supplier

  2. Select Edit order guide on the top right

  3. Select the three dots option to the right of each product and confirm your choice

How to add custom products to your order guide on Choco web

You can also add a custom product to your order guide using Choco web.

Note: adding custom products is only possible if your supplier has enabled this option.

  1. Open your browser and go to choco.com

  2. Select Log in on the top right of the website banner

  3. Select Suppliers in the top left tab

    • If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing

  4. Select the supplier

  5. Select the Add product option on the top right

  6. Select the Add custom product option on the bottom left

  7. Type the product information

    • Product name and unit are mandatory

    • Product ID is recommended to avoid mistakes

    • Before confirming, select the add another option if you wish to keep adding custom products

  8. Select Craete

Your order guide is now updated.
