How to place or re-place an order

This step-by-step guide will explain you how to place an order from your distributors on Choco

💡 If you haven’t already added a distributor, please follow the instructions here.

Place an order via the app

  1. Go to Chats and open the chat with your distributor

  2. Tap Start Order

  3. If you don't have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog, bottom left of your screen

    • Search for the product and click on the star icon ⭐️ on the right side to add it to your Order Guide

    • You can also order directly from your distributor catalog by clicking on the cart icon 🛒

  4. Click on the + icon to add the product to your cart

  5. Once you are done adding products, click on Basket in the bottom right corner

  6. Click on Add Delivery Date and choose the day in the calendar

  7. Leave an Optional Note

  8. Click on the blue button Checkout

  9. Click on Order Now


Place an order via web

  1. Go to Chats and select the one with your distributor

  2. Tap Start order

  3. If you don't have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog

    • Search for the product and click on the star icon ⭐️ on the right side to add it to your Favourites List

    • You can also order directly from your distributor catalog by clicking on the + icon

  4. Click on the + icon to add the product to your cart

  5. Select the delivery date

  6. Click on Go to Checkout to send the order


Replace on order via Choco Web

✨ This feature is only available on Choco Web

  1. Select the chat with your distributor

  2. Click on View details for the order you want to reorder

  3. Click on Order again

  4. Select the delivery day

  5. Click on Go to checkout (bottom right)

  6. Click on Submit order, or edit order if you need to add or remove products

    • You will see your order in the chat with your distributor
