How to export your customers

  1. Click on the Customers tab

  2. In the top-right toolbar, click Export data

  3. Under Select your file’s format, choose:

    • CSV File, or

    • XLS File (XLSX)

  4. Under Select the columns you want to export, either:

    • Keep Select all enabled, or

    • Uncheck Select all and pick only the fields you need (e.g., Business name, Account owner, Labels, Status, Last order, Basket trend, Frequency)

  5. Click Next

  6. On the Select filters step, select what information you want to export:

    • Account owner (choose one or more)

    • Labels

    • Last ordered (e.g., Last week / Last 2 weeks / Last month / Custom range)

    • Basket trend

    • Frequency

    • Status

  7. Click Export and your file will be downloaded automatically

⚠️ Note: You cannot export more than 10,000 customers at once. If you have more than 10,000 customers, apply filters to reduce the selection and repeat the export.
