How to check customer AI Insights

The AI Insights feature is a valuable tool for sales reps keep track of ordering trends of their customers.

AI Insights on Choco Web:

1. Log in to your Choco Web and go to the 'Customers' tab in the left side menu.

2. Search for a specific customer in the list and click on the bulb icon in the very last column, on the right side of the page. This will open the AI Insights page.

3. Here you'll find:

  • A highlighted product with an upward trend in the last 10 orders

  • A highlighted product with a decreasing trend in the last 10 orders

  • The Fall-off List, which contains any products that the customer stopped ordering in their last order

AI Insights on Choco App:

1. Log in to your Choco mobile App and go to the 'Chats' tab in bottom menu.

2. Click on 'Insights', which is the the second tab available in the top menu.

3. Here you'll find the Fall-off List, which contains any products that the customer stopped ordering in their last order.

From the mobile App you won't have the highlighted products with an upward or decreasing trend.

💡 You'll need the app version 3.87.1 or above to see and use this feature. In case you cannot find it, update the app version on your phone
