Go to the Customers tab on the left
Select the customer where you would like to enable/disable price-overrides
Scroll down to Catalogue Settings
Tick the box next to Enable price visibility override for this customer
In the Drop Down, select whether you want to Enable or Disable prices
Click Save on the bottom right
