At Choco, we take the safety and well-being of our community seriously. If you come across any illegal content, such as illegal products or illegal information such as hate speech, terrorist content, racist or other kinds of unlawful discriminatory content, we encourage you to notify immediately to legal@choco.com

When reporting illegal content, please provide the following information:

  • Your name, email address, and the name of your organization/entity.

  • A clear explanation detailing why the content is alleged to be illegal.

  • The exact electronic location of the illegal content, including the URL(s) and any additional information enabling the identification of the illegal content

  • A statement confirming that the complaint is made in good faith with accurate and complete information.

We’ll send you a confirmation of receipt of your report without undue delay. Our team will review the reported content with due diligence, considering the rights and legitimate interests of all parties involved, including the fundamental rights of our users, such as the freedom of expression, freedom and pluralism of the media.

We may take various actions in response to the reported content, including removing or disabling access to it, suspending or terminating the associated account(s), or determining that the content does not violate our policies.

Once a decision is made, we will notify you and any other affected users, providing reasons for our decision and outlining any available options for recourse.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all Choco users.
