How to create and edit catalogue products

In this article you will see how to update a product in your integrated or non-integrated catalog

On Choco, both integrated and non-integrated vendors have catalog management functionalities to manage their products.


Integrated Catalog

As part of a direct integration between your ERP and Choco, you benefit from seamless synchronization.

Any changes made in your system will automatically be reflected on the Choco platform.

📌 For some distributors, the synchronization will follow a specific schedule, such as once a day at 10 a.m.

You can manage your products catalog directly from your ERP, making it easier to add, update, modify a product, and manage inventory levels. Changes made in their system will be seamlessly updated in the Choco platform.


Non-integrated Catalog

Create a Product

  1. Navigate to the Catalogue tab.

  2. Enter the following mandatory details:

    1. Product Name

    2. Product ID

    3. Unit

  3. If you would like to add another product click on "Create Another"

  4. When you are done creating products, press the blue "Create" button.


Edit a Product

  1. After logging in, navigate to the Catalog section.

  2. You can search for a product using the search bar.

    1. By clicking the "Edit Mode" button, you can directly update the product name, ID, unit, unit price, category, image and availability from this view. Changes will be saved automatically when making changes.

    2. For more options, click directly on the product to open the "Edit Product" window. Once your changes are complete, click the blue "Save" button.
