How to view your Chat Information with your Supplier

- If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing

Select Suppliers in the bottom tab and select the relevant supplier

Select the Settings option (⚙️) on the top right

- Your customer number with the supplier
- Who from your team can communicate and order with the supplier
- Who from your supplier’s team receives your orders and messages

- Supplier Display Name you would like to see
- Your Customer Number
- Add / Remove Teammates to the chat

1. Open the mobile app
 - If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, choose which restaurant you are managing
2. Select Suppliers in the bottom tab and select the relevant supplier
3. Select the Settings option (⚙️) on the top right
 - Your customer number with the supplier
 - Who from your team can communicate and order with the supplier
 - Who from your supplier’s team receives your orders and messages
4. From here, you can edit:
 - Supplier Display Name you would like to see
 - Your Customer Number
 - Add / Remove Teammates to the chat

On Choco you can also view your Supplier's Delivery Days, Minimum Order Value and Delivery Fees

⚠️ This is only available for Premium Suppliers

Select the Catalogue Tab in the bottom left corner

Click on Ordering Information to see:

- Earliest Delivery Day
- Next Order Cut Off Time
- Minimum Order Value
- Delivery Fee
- Delivery Days

Click on Cut Off Time to see the Order Cut Off Times for each delivery day.

3. Click on Start Order
4. Select the Catalogue Tab in the bottom left corner
5. Click on Ordering Information to see:
 - Earliest Delivery Day
 - Next Order Cut Off Time
 - Minimum Order Value
 - Delivery Fee
 - Delivery Days
6. Click on Cut Off Time to see the Order Cut Off Times for each delivery day.
