Managing Multiple Favourites Lists

Organise your orders more efficiently by creating multiple Favourites Lists for different areas, such as Kitchen, Bar, or Restaurant. This article shows you how to create and manage your own lists.

How to create multiple Favourites Lists on Choco App

  1. Go to the Chat

  2. Click on Start Order

  3. Click on Your List at the top

  4. Tap Create new list and give it a name, for example "Kitchen".

  5. Your new, empty list appears immediately.

  6. Go to the Catalogue in the bottom left corner to add products to your new list by clicking on the Star (☆)

  7. It will automatically be added to the Favourites List you had last open. To Change it, click on the Star again to amend.

  8. When you click back on the Favourites Tab, you will be able to switch between Lists by clicking on the currents list name in the top left corner.

How to create multiple Favourites Lists on Choco Web

  1. Go to the Chat

  2. Click on Favourites List.

  3. Next to Your List, in the top left corner, click the arrow and select Create new list.

  4. Give your new list a name and click SAVE

  5. Click on Add Items, and the catalogue will open

  6. Click the Star (☆) on the product you want to add.

  7. It will automatically be added to the new list you created.

  8. To add an item to multiple Favourites Lists, click on the star icon again, and window will open where you can add or remove the product from one or more lists.

  9. Click SAVE to confirm your changes.
