Promotional campaigns are the best way to engage with your customers on Choco or via email. Customers receive these messages in the Choco app or by email, allowing them to order from you with a few clicks.
You'll be able to to promote new products, notify your customers on discounts or communicate about delivery issues in a simple and effective way.
How to create a promotional campaign
Open your Choco Webtool on your browser and navigate to the Campaign tab
Click on the New Campaign button
Select Campaign type (Step 1/4)
Add a campaign title (optional)
Select the campaign type:
In-app, reach your customers on Choco's wen and mobile app to promote your products
Email, reach uour customers via email to promote your products
Then click Next
Select product (Step 2/4), this step is optional, you can click on Skip products
Select the products and click Next
Add content (Step 3/4)
In-app content
Click to upload a picture
Create an In-app message
Email content
Add a subject, this will be the subject of your email
Edit the content and click the blue button Save and exit
Add/resize pictures
Add text, change the color the font
Add divider, section
Add recipients (Step 4/4)
Select your customers that will be In-app recipients
Select your customers that will be Email recipients
Click Send
You will be able to see, which customers have received it, viewed, clicked or unsubscribed.
💡At any step of the campaign creation you can click on Save as draft and your progress will be saved
How to check your campaigns sent from the previous Promo Hub tool
Open your Choco Webtool on your browser and navigate to the Campaign tab
On Campaigns click Sent
Then click View past Chat campaigns, you will be able to see the campaigns that you have sent in the past using the previous Promo Hub tool.
