Manage Promotional Campaigns

In this article, you can find the steps to send promotions and upsell your products on Choco Web.

Promotional campaigns are the best way to engage with your customers via chat, email or via banner in the Customer Home. Customers receive these messages in the app or by email, allowing them to order from you with a few clicks.

You'll be able to to promote new products, notify your customers on discounts or communicate about delivery issues in a simple and effective way.


How to create a promotional campaign

  1. Open your Choco Webtool on your browser and navigate to the Campaign tab

  2. Click on the New Campaign button

  3. Select Campaign type (Step 1/4)

    • Add a campaign title (optional)

    • Select the campaign type:

      • Chat, reach your customers on Choco's wen and mobile app to promote your products

      • Email, reach your customers via email to promote your products

      • Customer Home, reach your customer through a banner within the app

  4. Then click Next

  5. Select product (Step 2/4), this step is optional, you can click on Skip products

    • Select the products and click Next

  6. Add content (Step 3/4)

    1. Chat content

      • Click to upload a picture

      • Create an Chat message

    2. Email content

      • Add a subject, this will be the subject of your email

      • Edit the content and click the blue button Save and exit

        • Add/resize pictures

        • Add text, change the color the font

        • Add divider, section

    3. Customer Home content

      • Click to upload a picture

      • Create an Chat message

  7. Add recipients (Step 4/4)

    1. Select your customers that will be Chat, Email or Customer Home recipients

    2. Click Send

  8. You will be able to see, which customers have received it, viewed, clicked or unsubscribed.

💡At any step of the campaign creation you can click on Save as draft and your progress will be saved


How to check your campaigns sent from the previous Promo Hub tool

  1. Open your Choco Webtool on your browser and navigate to the Campaign tab

  2. On Campaigns click Sent

  3. Then click View past Chat campaigns, you will be able to see the campaigns that you have sent in the past using the previous Promo Hub tool.
