How to add a team member to a supplier chat

  1. Go to Chats

  2. Select the Supplier

  3. Click on Settings (⚙️) in the top-right corner

  4. Click on click Add team member,

  5. You can add a new team member in 2 ways:

    1. You might need to Sync your contacts, then select the contact you want to sync or select all your contacts

    2. Manually:

      1. Click on Form

      2. Fill out the Team Member's name and Mobile Number

      3. Select their role

      4. Click Continue


How to remove a team member from a supplier chat

  1. Select the supplier

  2. Click on Settings (⚙️) in the top-right corner

  3. Select the team member by clicking on the blue arrow on the right

  4. Click on Remove from supplier
