How to manage your custom catalog

This step-by-step guide will show you how to perform changes in your custom catalogs and assign them to your customers.

How to copy products to custom catalogs

  1. Click on the Catalog tab on the left-side menu

  2. Click on Copy Products at the top right of the screen

  3. Select the products you want to include by checking the boxes on the left side of the table

  4. Click on Copy Products at the bottom right, to select the custom catalogs where you want to include the products

  5. Select the custom catalogs by ticking the checkboxes

    You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find a specific custom catalog. Custom catalogs where this product is already included will be checked.

  6. Click on the blue Save button in the bottom right corner to confirm

  7. A pop-up message will appear ✅ Products copied successfully.

How to remove products from a custom catalog

  1. Click on the Catalog tab on the left-side menu

  2. Select the desired catalog from the dropdown at the top of the product table

  3. Click on Delete Products at the top right of the screen

  4. Select the products you want to remove by checking the boxes on the left side of the table

  5. Click on Remove Products at the bottom right

  6. Confirm the removal. This only removes products from the custom catalog. They will remain available in your main catalog and order guides.

  7. A pop-up message will appear ✅ Products removed from the custom catalog.

How to assign a custom catalog to a specific customer

The custom catalog will restrict the customer's view to only the products it contains. They will not have access to the full catalog.

  1. Click on the Catalog tab on the left-side menu

  2. Select the desired catalog from the dropdown at the top of the product table

  3. Click on Assign Customers at the top right of the screen

  4. A panel will open on the right side of your screen. Use it to choose the customer(s) who should have access to this catalog.

    You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find specific customers.

  5. Click on the blue Save button in the bottom right corner to confirm

  6. A pop-up message will appear ✅ Your catalog has been successfully saved
