ERP integrations with Choco allow for seamless data synchronization and communication between Choco's ordering platform and your ERP system. They improve efficiency by automating processes, reducing paperwork, and providing a centralized platform.

Choco offers 2 types of integrations:

  • Custom integrations built via SFTP or API thanks to our team of solutions engineers. We can build integrations with any ERP and format. Please reach out to us via this form to get more information.

  • Plug-in integrations for ERPs such as Quickbooks and Odoo that can be activated easily from Choco Web.
    Please reach out to our team via this form to activate your plug-in integration in a few clicks only, after ensuring that your data (catalog and customer ID) have been verified.

Issues with order automation or catalog sync

If you are experiencing issues with your Choco orders not reflecting correctly within your ERP system, or if catalog changes are not synced to the app as they should, please reach out to your Account Manager.
