If you can log in to the app with your previous phone number, follow these steps:
If you would like to change your phone number and remain connected to the same supplier, you will need to speak with our Customer Support team
To do this, open the app and login
At the top of the screen you will see a “?” icon - select this and you will be taken to our live chat interface
Select the option “Send us a message” and explain that you would like to update your phone number
Our support team will get this updated for you within a few minutes
If you are unable to log in to the app with your previous phone number, contact our Support team via email by clicking the button below.
In this email, explain that you would like your phone number updated. Please include the following details in your email:
Your company’s name
User name (your name)
Your previous phone number
Your new phone number
Our Support team will respond to your email within 15 minutes (within business hours) 🙂
