If you are sending weekly emails showcasing new or special products, then you know how difficult it is to get customers to buy what you are offering. Marketing Campaigns allow you to send direct messages to multiple customers at once. Customers receive these messages in the Choco app, allowing them to buy with a few clicks.
You can also use campaigns to communicate with customers about delivery problems or changes in your business hours. How it works can be found in this article. This feature is available only for vendors with Choco premium.
How to send a campaign to promote your products
Here’s how it works:
Select Marketing from the side menu
Select New Campaign
Add a campaign title (optional), campaign message (required), and campaign deadline (suggested), then click Next
Select the information you want included in your campaign:
Select Add products, check the boxes of products you want to promote, and select Add
Products shared in a broadcast message will be added to the recipients’ catalogs
Select Add photo or document to attach a file to your message (recommended)
Select Next to add which customers should receive this campaign, or select Marketing in the top left to save your draft. You can resume it anytime
From the Marketing tab on the left, select Your drafts to open and edit your saved campaign
Once you’ve drafted your offer, you can move on to selecting the recipients, reviewing, and sending the message. You can even select a future time/date using Send later instead of sending your campaign right away.

You can use the search bar to find customers, select your customers through labels, and select Select all to select all your customers
Select Next
Review your message and recipients
Select Send
Your customers will receive a notification and a chat message with your offer and can add the product to their order guide to place an order with you.
