Marketing campaigns are the best way to engage with your customers on Choco. Customers receive these messages in the Choco app, allowing them to order from you with a few clicks.
You'll be able to to promote new products, notify your customers on discounts or communicate about delivery issues in a simple and effective way.
How to create a marketing campaign
Here’s how it works:
1. Open your Choco Webtool on your browser and navigate to the 'Marketing' tab
2. Click on the 'New Campaign' button
3. Write Message (step 1 of 3)
Add a campaign title (optional)
Add a campaign message (required)
Add a deadline to your campaign (suggested)
Then click 'Next'
4. Add images or products (step 2 of 3)
Select 'Add photo or document' to attach a file to your message (recommended)
Click on 'Add products', to select the products from your catalog to include in the campaign
Note: Products shared in a broadcast message will be added to the recipients’ catalogs
5. Select recipients (step 3 of 3)
To select recipients you can either:
Click on the 'select all' toggle. This will send the campaign to all your customers
Select customer labels. This will send the campaign to all customers with these labels assigned. (Check here for more information on labels)
Select customers individually
6. Click on the 'Send' button if you want to send it immediately or 'Schedule for later' in case you want to send the campaign on a specific day and time.
💡At any step of the campaign creation you can click on 'Save as draft' and your progress will be saved
