You can access the customer support chat on the Choco mobile app by selecting the question mark option:
The question mark is at the top of your Chats screen
What to do when you cannot access the Customer Support chat
There are two cases in which you might not be able to reach out to our customer support through the chat function:
You cannot find the question mark icon
You cannot log in to Choco
When you cannot access the customer support chat because the question mark icon has disappeared, try to close and reopen Choco.
