How to contact customer support on the Choco app
The best way to reach out to our customer support is through the chat function in the Choco app.
You can access the customer support chat on the Choco mobile app by selecting the question mark icon:
If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark is at the top of your Business locations page.
If you don’t have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark is at the top of your Suppliers page.

You can also access the customer support chat through Choco web by selecting the "Get Help" option from your side menu.

What to Do When You Cannot Access the Customer Support Chat
There are two cases in which you might not be able to reach out to our customer support through the chat function:
You cannot find the question mark icon.
You cannot log in to Choco.
If the question mark icon has disappeared, try closing and reopening Choco. If the problem persists or you cannot log in, reach out to our customer support by clicking the button below.
