How to report a technical issue via the Customer Support chat
The best way to report a technical issue is to reach out to our Customer Support through the chat function in the Choco app.
You can access the Customer Support chat on the Choco mobile app by selecting the question mark option at the top of your home screen:
If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark is at the top of your Business locations page
If you don’t have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark at the top left of your Suppliers page
If you use the Choco app as a supplier, the question mark is at the top of your Chats page

You can also speak to customer support in Choco web through Choco web.
Select the Get Help option from your side menu
What to do when you cannot access the Customer Support chat
There are two cases in which you might not be able to reach out to our customer support through the chat function:
You cannot find the question mark icon
You cannot log in to Choco
When you cannot access the Customer Support chat because the question mark icon has disappeared, try to close and reopen Choco.
When the problem persists or you cannot log in to Choco, reach out to our Customer Support by clicking the button below.
What to include in your message to help us solve your technical issue more quickly
To help us speed up the resolution of your technical issue, you can include the following details in your message:
Description of your technical issue
Type of device (e.g. iPhone X)
Operating system & version: (e.g. iOS 14)
On iOS: Settings → General → About → Version
On Android: System Settings → About Phone → Software info → Android version
Choco app version: (e.g. 3.16.0)
Go to your home screen on Choco → select Settings (⚙️) → Find it below the Log out option
