How to report a technical issue via the Customer Support chat
The best way to report a technical issue is to reach out to our Customer Support through the chat function in the Choco app.
You can access the Customer Support chat on the Choco mobile app by selecting the question mark option at the top of your home screen:
If you have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark is at the top of your Business locations page
If you don’t have multiple restaurants on Choco, the question mark at the top left of your Suppliers page
If you use the Choco app as a supplier, the question mark is at the top of your Chats page

You can also speak to customer support in Choco web through Choco web.
Select the Get Help option from your side menu
After that, you’ll see the help icon ❓, and our agents will be available to assist you.
How to contact us if you are not logged in
You can access the Customer Support chat even if you're not logged into the app.
Click on Get Started.
