How to add a new user for your customer

This step-by-step guide will show you how to add or remove a user of your customer to their buyer account.

Add a new user for your customer from Choco Web

  1. In the customers tab, click on the Notebook icon.

  2. In the pop-up window, click on Add contact.

  3. Fill out the Full name, Phone number including the country code and Email address.


Add a new user for your customer from Choco App

  1. Go to the Choco app in your phone and navigate to the Chats tab

  2. Open the chat with the customer you want to add a user for

  3. Click on Go to Customer Data

  4. In Customer Team click on Add Contact and select Form

  5. Pick their prefered login method (Phone or Email) and fill out the fields accordingly

  6. Once added, click on Add, which will send an sms to the new user inviting them to download the Choco app.

💡Once the new user downloads the buyer app, they will be to log in to their buyer account using their phone number or email.


Remove a user from your customer from Choco Web

  1. Go to the Customers tab.

  2. Find the customer and click on the name. A pop-up window appears on the right side.

  3. Search for the user and click on the three dots.

  4. Click Remove contact.
