Add a new user for your customer

This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a new user or team member of your customer to their buyer account.

Add a new user for your customer from Choco Web

  1. In the customers tab, click on the Notebook icon.

  2. In the pop-up window, click on Add contact.

  3. Fill out the Full name, Phone number including the country code and Email address.

Add a new user for your customer from Choco App

  1. Go to the Choco app in your phone and navigate to the Chats tab

  2. Open the chat with the customer you want to add a user for

  3. Click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right side of the screen

  4. Next to the customer name, click on + Customer button

  5. Add the name and phone of the contact

  6. Once added, click on Send invite, which will send an sms to the new user inviting them to download the Choco app.

💡Once the new user downloads the buyer app, they will be to log in to their buyer account using their phone number.
