How to update a Customer Number

You can easily add or update the Customer Number of your customers on both the Choco webtool and mobile app.

From the Webtool

Here's how you do it from the Webtool:

1. Open the Choco Webtool in your browser and go to the 'Clients' tab.

2. Find the customer whose Customer Number you want to update. Once you locate them, click on their name.

3. On the customer page, you’ll see multiple information fields. The Customer Number field is the third one, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number.

4. Click the 'Save' button below to save your changes.

And that's it! You've successfully updated the Customer Number.

From the Mobile App

Here's how you do it from the Choco Mobile App:

1. Open the Choco App on your phone and go to the 'Chats' tab.

2. Go to the chat with the customer whose Customer Number you want to update.

3. Once you're inside the chat, click on the settings icon (⚙️) on the top right side of the screen.

4. On the customer details page, you’ll see the Customer Number field, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number.

5. You can directly go back to the chat and your changes will be saved.

And that's it! You've successfully updated the Customer Number.
