How to update a Customer Number

You can easily add or update the Customer Number of your customers on both the Choco webtool and mobile app.

From the Webtool

  1. Open the Choco Webtool in your browser and go to the Clients tab.

  2. Find the customer whose Customer Number you want to update. Once you locate them, click on their name.

  3. On the customer page, you’ll see multiple information fields. The Customer Number field is the third one, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number.

  4. Click the Save button below to save your changes.

From the Choco App

  1. Open the Choco App on your phone and go to the Chats tab.

  2. Go to the chat with the customer whose Customer Number you want to update.

  3. Once you're inside the chat, click on Go to customer data.

  4. On the customer details page, you’ll see the Customer Number field, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number.

  5. Click Save.
