From the Webtool
- Open the Choco Webtool in your browser and go to the Clients tab. 
- Find the customer whose Customer Number you want to update. Once you locate them, click on their name. 
- On the customer page, you’ll see multiple information fields. The Customer Number field is the third one, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number. 
- Click the Save button below to save your changes. 
From Choco App
- Open the Choco App on your phone and go to the Chats tab. 
- Go to the chat with the customer whose Customer Number you want to update. 
- Once you're inside the chat, click on the settings icon (⚙️) on the top right side of the screen. 
- On the customer details page, you’ll see the Customer Number field, where you can either add or edit the Customer Number. 
- You can directly go back to the chat and your changes will be saved.
