As a vendor, you can place orders on behalf of your restaurants from your account. This enables you to easily process orders on the phone or when visiting customers on site.

1. Log in to your account in the Choco mobile App and go the Chats tab, available in the bottom menu

2. Select the chat with the customer you want to place the order for

3. Click on 'Start Order'

4. Add the quantities for each of the products to be ordered and click on 'View order' once completed

5. Select the delivery date of the order and leave an optional comment, which will be attach to the order

6. Click on 'Tap to Order' and the order will be created. Your customer will receive a notification on their Choco App.
